Our program is completely customized to you, your health, and your budget. So while we can tell you that our workout packages range in price from $50/ Session to $65/ Session depending on package, when combined with other services there are further discounts, we do take HSA’s, etc. There are no monthly membership fees- just a results driven company, no gimmicks or catches. We would love to just meet you in person and discover whether this is the right opportunity for you with us and maybe in combination with other things you may be doing.

- TruFIT20 is a slow motion, low-force strengthening exercise that is done on mostly Nautilus and Med X machines.

The recommended schedule is twice per week for optimal results. But often times we can build a just once a week program and still get great results.

Generally open regular weekday hours 7am-6pm, and shorter on Saturdays. (Exact schedule may vary; best to confirm with studio.) We like to say 7am-7pm M-F and 8am-1pm on Saturday but it really is up to trainers and their availabilities.
